Warranty Support
Support You Can Rely On After Installation
A power system is a long-term investment, and support should continue well beyond installation. MyEnergy provides warranty support for systems we have supplied and installed, helping identify faults, coordinate manufacturer claims and get the system operating correctly again.
Our in-house team understands the complete system—not just one component. This allows us to assess how the solar, battery, inverter, generator and monitoring equipment are working together before determining the right course of action.
Our Warranty Support Process
When a fault is reported, we first review the system information and available remote monitoring data. Many issues can be identified remotely, allowing us to provide advice or prepare the correct parts before attending site.
If further investigation is required, we can arrange testing by phone, remote access or an on-site service visit. Where a component fault is confirmed and covered by warranty, we will work with the manufacturer or supplier to manage the claim, replacement or repair process.
Systems and Equipment We Support
We provide warranty support across the equipment and power systems we supply, including:
- Off-grid solar and battery systems
- Grid-connected solar and battery systems

As a long-standing Victron Energy distributor and service agent, MyEnergy also provides product assessment and warranty support for Victron equipment supplied through our business.
What We Need From You
To help us assess the issue quickly, please provide the site address, system details, a clear description of the fault and any photos, alarm codes or screenshots available. If the system has remote monitoring, include the relevant portal or installation details where possible.
Warranty Coverage
Warranty coverage varies between manufacturers and products. Parts may be covered while labour, travel, freight, removal, reinstallation or faults caused by external conditions may not be included. We will explain any likely charges before carrying out work that falls outside the applicable warranty.
For systems not installed or supplied by MyEnergy, we may still be able to assist on a chargeable service basis, subject to the equipment, location and availability of technical information.
