Qualifications & Accreditations

Solar Accreditation Australia – Grid, Battery & Off-Grid

Our solar and battery installation team holds Solar Accreditation Australia (SAA) accreditation across grid-connected and stand-alone power systems.

Our in-house SAA accreditations cover:

Grid Connected Photovoltaic Systems (GCPV)
For the design and installation of grid-connected solar PV systems, including solar arrays, inverters and their connection to the electrical installation and grid.

Grid Connected Battery Systems (GCBS)
For the design and installation of grid-connected battery energy storage systems, including hybrid inverter and battery systems.

Stand-alone Power Systems (SPS)
For the design and installation of complete off-grid power systems operating independently of the electricity grid.

Stand-alone accreditation is particularly important to MyEnergy. Off-grid is a core part of our business and requires an understanding of the complete power system — solar generation, battery storage, inverter capacity, generator integration, system controls and actual site loads.

Our accredited capability is held in-house, allowing MyEnergy to take responsibility for system design, installation and commissioning rather than passing critical parts of a project between separate businesses.

Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Our team includes electrical and electronic engineering capability, supporting the design and delivery of more complex power systems.

This is particularly valuable across off-grid, commercial and remote projects where system design can involve inverter systems, battery storage, generators, protection, communications, controls and integration between multiple power sources.

It allows MyEnergy to approach projects as complete power systems, rather than simply solar and battery installations.

NETCC Approved Seller

MyEnergy is an approved seller under the New Energy Tech Consumer Code (NETCC).

The code sets standards around system sales, documentation, installation, customer communication and after-sales support.

Licensed Electrical & Building Contractor

MyEnergy Engineering holds the relevant electrical and building contractor licences required for the work we undertake.

Importantly, we maintain our own in-house installation team rather than relying solely on subcontracted installation crews.

That gives us greater control over the complete project — from design and construction through to commissioning and ongoing support.

Master Electricians Australia Member

MyEnergy is a member of Master Electricians Australia.

Our background is in electrical contracting and power systems, with MyEnergy delivering projects across Australia since 2010.

Victron Energy Service Agent

MyEnergy is an authorised Victron Energy Service Agent and long-term Victron distributor.

We provide support across the full lifecycle of Victron systems, including:

  • System design
  • Product supply
  • Installation
  • Commissioning
  • Remote monitoring
  • Fault finding
  • Warranty assessment
  • Repairs and service

This level of support is particularly important for off-grid and remote power systems where reliable ongoing service is critical.

Deye Service Agent

MyEnergy also provides manufacturer-backed service and support for Deye inverter and battery systems.

Our team works across Deye residential, commercial and battery storage systems, including design, commissioning, troubleshooting and ongoing service support.

Qualifications Backed by Real Project Experience

Accreditations are important, but so is practical experience.

Since 2010, MyEnergy has designed and delivered power systems for:

  • Off-grid homes
  • Farms and agribusiness
  • Commercial facilities
  • Mining and remote operations
  • Resorts and accommodation
  • Large battery storage projects
  • Generator-integrated systems
  • Containerised power systems
  • Remote Area Power Systems

Our team works across projects ranging from residential systems through to large commercial and remote power installations.

One Team From Design Through to Support

MyEnergy is structured to support the complete system lifecycle.

That means the people responsible for designing and supplying your system are backed by an in-house installation, engineering and service team that understands the equipment and the project.

For off-grid and battery systems expected to operate for many years, that ongoing support matters just as much as the initial installation.
