How do I get trade pricing and availability?
Approved trade customers can use our trade ordering platform. For project quantities or products not listed online, send our wholesale team the models, quantities, delivery location and required timing. We will confirm pricing, availability and freight with your quotation.
Can I add more battery modules later?
Matched modules can be combined in an approved configuration. Expansion needs an assessment of the existing bank, module requirements, inverter and DC protection.
Is 5.12 kWh the usable capacity?
5.12 kWh is nominal energy per module. The existing product specification lists 4.864 kWh usable at 95% depth of discharge. System settings and operating conditions affect the energy available in use.
