COMMON QUESTIONS

Ongoing support, explained.

Can you help with a system MyEnergy did not install?

We can assess selected existing installations. Send the equipment details, location and available documents so we can confirm suitability and the scope of a chargeable assessment. Support depends on the installation, equipment and technical information available.

Should I request a service or plan an upgrade?

Start with an assessment if performance has changed. Reduced capacity, repeated alarms or more generator runtime can have several causes. A review helps distinguish maintenance or repair needs from a system that no longer matches your power demand.

Can a fault be assessed remotely?

Compatible monitoring and an active connection can help us review alarms and operating history. Some issues still require physical checks or a site visit. Remote monitoring is a useful support tool; it does not replace planned maintenance.

How often should my system be serviced?

The right interval depends on the equipment, manufacturer guidance, site conditions and operating demands. Follow your handover and maintenance documents, and discuss a review before major changes in usage or demanding seasonal work.

Is every support request covered by warranty?

No. Warranty assessment depends on the product, fault and applicable terms. Labour, travel, freight and other costs may be separate. We will clarify the proposed work and applicable charges. Read about warranty support.

How do I follow up on an existing request?

Use the customer portal to view tickets you have access to, or reply to the support email conversation. Include your ticket number when contacting the team so we can keep the information together.
