Containerised Off-Grid Power Systems
Containerised off-grid power systems provide a complete, ready-to-deploy power solution for remote and demanding sites. Built into standard 10ft, 20ft, or 40ft containers, these systems are designed to deliver reliable power where traditional infrastructure isn’t practical.
At MyEnergy Engineering, we design and build fully integrated containerised power systems that arrive on site pre-wired, tested, and ready to operate.
Rapid Deployable
PV & BESS
Roll-out solar. Built-in battery storage. A containerised power system configured for the work you need to do.

A power system that
comes to your site.
MyEnergy combines deployable solar PV with a battery energy storage system (BESS), inverters, protection and controls in a 20-foot container package.
The solar array rolls out at site, reducing the structural assembly associated with conventional ground-mounted solar. Built-in battery storage supports your loads when solar production drops, with generator integration available where required.
Solar capacity is customisable from 30 kW to 100 kW. Battery capacity and inverter output are selected separately around daily energy use, peak demand and required operating hours. The final combination depends on available container space, transport weight and site layout.
Reduce site works.
Bring power online sooner.
No traditional piling
A roll-out array avoids conventional driven-pile solar structures, reducing piling and associated foundation works.
Simpler installation
The container and deployable array reduce the assembly and construction tasks completed at site.
Lower site labour costs
Less on-site assembly can reduce labour, mobilisation and construction costs compared with a conventional build.
Less site preparation
Reduced excavation and foundation work can help where ground conditions make conventional piling difficult.
Faster deployment
A coordinated container and solar package can shorten the installation programme and get the project operating sooner.
Site-specific engineering still determines ground preparation, support, anchoring or ballast, drainage and wind requirements. Installation times and cost savings depend on the location and project scope.

The right balance
of solar and storage.
A 100 kW solar array does not mean 100 kW of continuous supply. We size generation, usable battery capacity and inverter power together to match how your site operates.
- Solar PV: 30–100 kWSelected around energy demand, available deployment area and seasonal solar conditions.
- Built-in BESSBattery capacity in kWh sized for overnight loads, operating hours and the required reserve.
- Inverters & distributionOutput and phase configuration selected for running loads and equipment starting requirements.
- Generator integration & monitoringBackup generation, operating controls and remote monitoring considered as part of the design.
For remote sites.
And sites that need to move.
Suitable for temporary, staged and longer-term projects where a conventional solar installation is difficult or a relocatable system offers practical value. Every application is assessed against the available capacity and site conditions.

Emergency response & recovery
Temporary facilities, recovery hubs and essential loads where normal supply is disrupted.
Events & temporary venues
Event compounds, lighting, amenities and production loads where space and demand suit the system.
Telecommunications & research
Remote communications hubs, monitoring stations, field laboratories and research camps.
Conservation & national parks
Ranger stations, visitor facilities and remote operations where ground disturbance needs to be reduced.
Commercial & industrial sites
Remote workshops, cold storage and temporary operations awaiting a grid connection.
Built around the project.
Ready for the next stage.
Delivery access, lifting, container placement and the deployed solar footprint are planned before dispatch. The array is deployed, electrical connections are completed and the system is commissioned for your loads.
For temporary projects, relocation can be considered from the outset. Packing down, transport and recommissioning are planned around the selected equipment and the next site.
MyEnergy brings in-house engineering, installation and ongoing support to the complete power system.

One coordinated project.
- 01
Assess your site
Review location, load profile, operating hours, existing generator and available land.
- 02
Configure the system
Match PV, batteries, inverter capacity and controls to the required supply.
- 03
Plan delivery
Confirm access, freight, lifting, ground requirements and the deployment layout.
- 04
Deploy & commission
Position the container, deploy the array, connect the loads and verify operation.
Work out what fits
your site.
Send us your location, load list or interval data, generator run records, project duration and a site plan. We will work through a suitable configuration and delivery scope.

Why Use a Containerised Power System
Containerised systems are designed to solve the key challenges of remote and off-grid projects.
Faster Deployment
Systems are pre-built and factory tested before delivery, reducing installation time on site. This is critical for remote locations where labour and access are limited.
Proven Reliability
All components are integrated, tested, and configured as a complete system before leaving the workshop. This reduces on-site issues and ensures consistent performance from day one.
Built for Harsh Environments
Containers are engineered to handle Australian conditions, including:
- High temperatures
- Dust and contamination
- Remote and exposed locations
Environmental control systems such as air conditioning, filtration, and insulation are built into the design.
Simplified Installation
Instead of building a power system from multiple components on site, containerised systems arrive as a single unit. This reduces complexity and improves installation quality.
Scalable Design
Systems can be designed as standalone units or expanded with additional containers as power requirements grow—from small agricultural setups through to large-scale microgrids.
Built for Remote & High-Demand Applications
Containerised power systems provide a practical, scalable solution where reliable power is required away from established grid infrastructure. Typical applications include:
Agriculture & Remote Stations
Power for workshops, pumping, dairies, irrigation, cold storage and station infrastructure.
Mining & Exploration
Modular power for camps, workshops, processing equipment and remote operating sites.
Remote Accommodation & Resorts
Centralised power systems for accommodation, kitchens, utilities and guest facilities.
Construction & Temporary Infrastructure
Transportable power for project sites, compounds, site offices and temporary facilities.
Telecommunications & Critical Infrastructure
Reliable remote power for communications, monitoring, water infrastructure and essential services.
Typical System Configuration
Each container is designed to suit the application, but generally includes:
- Solar Integration – Sized to match site demand and reduce reliance on fuel
- Battery Storage – Provides stable power delivery and energy availability overnight
- Inverter Systems – Handles continuous loads and high startup equipment
- Generator Backup – Automatic integration for reliability during low solar periods
- Control & Monitoring – Remote visibility, alarms, and performance tracking
- Thermal Management – Cooling and airflow systems to protect equipment
- Electrical Protection – Fully compliant switchboards and safety systems
All systems are engineered to Australian standards and site-specific requirements.
Built, Tested and Delivered as a Complete System
At MyEnergy, containerised systems are built and tested in-house before leaving our workshop.
Our delivery process includes:
- Full system assembly and wiring
- Programming and configuration
- Factory acceptance testing (FAT) under load
- Documentation and system verification
This approach ensures the system performs as intended before it reaches site.
Power Systems That Are Ready to Deploy
Containerised off-grid power systems provide a practical solution for delivering reliable power to remote sites without the complexity of traditional builds.
If you’re planning a project where access, time, or reliability is critical, a containerised system provides a controlled, proven approach to off-grid power.
