Four consecutive SA wins for MyEnergy at the Master Electricians Awards
1 min read

MyEnergy Engineering has won State Clean Energy Project of the Year for South Australia at the 2026 Master Electricians Excellence Awards, recognising our Lindham Piggery and Feed Mill power system.
This marks our fourth consecutive SA win in the category. Adding to the result, MyEnergy’s Mark Bates was named State Tradie of the Year.
Reliable power for Lindham Piggery and Feed Mill
Lindham needed a power system that could support the piggery and handle the feed mill’s large, sudden changes in demand.
Our team designed and delivered a containerised system combining 99.44kW of solar, 256kWh of battery storage and Victron inverter technology. It brings the piggery and feed mill together under one power supply, with the existing generators retained for backup and room for future expansion.
The project reflects our approach to agricultural power: understand the operation, design around its loads, and build a system that can grow with the business.

Congratulations, Mark Bates
Mark’s State Tradie of the Year award made this year’s results particularly special. It’s great to see one of our own recognised alongside the projects our team delivers.
Four consecutive project wins are a result the whole MyEnergy team can be proud of, from design and engineering through to installation, commissioning and ongoing support.
Thank you to our team, customers and supply partners, and to Master Electricians Australia for the recognition. Congratulations to Mark and everyone involved in the Lindham project.
