Travel Charges for Remote Locations

Additional travel charges may apply when MyEnergy is required to attend a remote or regional site.

These charges can include:

Travel time
Vehicle and fuel costs
Flights, ferries or charter transport
Accommodation and meals
Freight for tools, parts or replacement equipment
Additional labour required for remote access
Site inductions, permits or access requirements

Where possible, MyEnergy will review the system remotely before arranging attendance. This helps confirm what equipment, parts and personnel are required.

Travel costs may still apply for manufacturer warranty claims, as equipment warranties do not always cover labour, travel, accommodation or freight.

MyEnergy will provide an estimate of expected travel and attendance costs before scheduling the visit where practical.
