Site Attendance Charges
Site attendance charges may apply when a MyEnergy team member is required to travel to the property to inspect, test or repair the system.
Charges may include:
- Call-out fee
- Travel time and vehicle costs
- On-site labour
- Accommodation or additional travel for remote locations
- After-hours attendance
- Parts and materials
- Specialist equipment or access requirements
Site attendance is generally chargeable where the issue relates to:
- Internet, router or Wi-Fi changes
- Generator servicing, fuel or starter batteries
- Equipment not supplied or installed by MyEnergy
- Third-party electrical work or setting changes
- New appliances or increased electrical loads
- Environmental, accidental or pest damage
- Routine maintenance
- No fault being found
If the issue is confirmed as an eligible MyEnergy installation fault, applicable attendance costs will generally be covered.
Manufacturer warranties do not always cover diagnostic labour, travel or call-out costs, even when replacement equipment is supplied under warranty.
MyEnergy will advise where possible if charges are likely before arranging attendance.
