How to Install and Access the VRM App

The Victron Remote Management app, known as VRM, allows you to view your system from a phone or tablet.

1. Open the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Search for Victron VRM.
3. Confirm the app is published by Victron Energy.
4. Download and install the app.

The VRM app is available for compatible Apple and Android devices.

Open the app and sign in using the email address connected to your VRM account.

If MyEnergy has invited you to the installation:

1. Open the invitation email.
2. Follow the link to create or access your VRM account.
3. Sign in to the app using the same email address.
4. Select your installation from the site list.

Your VRM account can display all installations that you have permission to access.

Depending on the system, the app may show:

• Battery state of charge
• Solar production
• Property power use
• Generator operation
• Grid power
• System alarms
• Historical performance

Check that:

• You are using the correct email address.
• You have accepted the VRM invitation.
• Your phone has an internet connection.
• The system appears in your installation list.

Contact MyEnergy if the installation does not appear or you require a new invitation.

Do not change inverter, battery or generator settings through VRM unless instructed by MyEnergy.
