The existing off grid power system needed to be replaced to improve reliability and meet the site's ongoing power requirements. Located well off the beaten track, the project demanded a solution that could be transported efficiently, installed quickly and continue delivering dependable power for years to come.
Housed within a custom-built weather and vermin-resistant steel cabinet, the complete system was constructed by MyEnergy's in-house team of award-winning electricians. Once complete, the cabinet was transported to site, allowing for a streamlined installation while ensuring the system had already been commissioned and tested before arriving.
The single-phase off grid power system is built around a Victron MultiPlus-II inverter/charger, delivering reliable power for day-to-day operations. It features a 9.5kW JA Solar array mounted on the shed roof using a Schletter roof mounting system and is supported by 25.6kWh of ZYC Energy battery storage.
