Callington is a town with a rich mining heritage, located 60 km southeast of Adelaide, South Australia. In the 19th century, copper mining was a major industry in this area. Today, Callington's key attractions include the old Callington Smelting Works and various historical buildings that reflect its mining past.
MyEnergy Engineering recently designed and installed a custom off-grid power solution for a property in Callington. This system ensures the delivery of 10.5kW of solar and 18kWh of battery storage. By incorporating managed lithium batteries, this system allows for easy future expansion as the resident’s power requirements grow.
